Construction business is getting ready for inclusion in dual education
Dual programs in professional education system have been introduced since 2016 and their range is increasing annually. In the current year, engineering direction programs will be added to dual programs. The National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement together with donor organizations will carry out the implementation of these programs.
On July 10 of the current year, with the support of the German International Organization (GIZ), a conference was held in Batumi on "Implementation of Dual Programs in Engineering."
The meeting was attended by the representatives of Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Autonomous Republic of Adjara, the Department of Vocational Education Quality Assurance of LEPL – National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement, German International Organization (GIZ), Educational Institutions and Construction Companies.
In the framework of the conference the representatives of LEPL - National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement explained to the private sector the responsibilities that will be imposed during the implementation of dual programs. Representatives of construction companies expressed full readiness to engage in the process of implementation of dual programs from the current year.
