The role of national qualifications framework in Georgia - achievements, priorities and future plans

On March 28 and 29, by the initiative of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement and the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, organized by the European Education Fund operating in Georgia (ETF) the two-day workshop was held, the aim of which was to review the National Qualifications Framework of Georgia, discussion of achievements, priorities and future plans in order to share and enhance the experience with international partners.

In the meeting participated: Giorgi Vashakidze, the Director of National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement; Ekaterine Baghishvili, deputy director of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement; Irina Abuladze, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia; Representatives of the Center, the Ministry, the European Fund and the EU Delegation to Georgia; Representatives of non-governmental and international organizations and educational institutions operating in Georgia; Social partners and foreign experts.
