The Memorandum of Cooperation signed between the Center and the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating of Kazakhstan
On April 16, the Memorandum of Cooperation signed between the National Center for Education Quality Enhancement and the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating of Kazakhstan.
The purpose of the Memorandum is to cooperate on the issues of education quality assurance and exchange of experience between the parties. In particular, to offer specialists for the accreditation of educational programs process from existing experts' bases, planning and implementation of joint projects, activities, conferences, workshops.
Before the signing of the memorandum, the delegation of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement was on a working visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan. Within the framework of the visit, an introductory meeting was held with the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR). At the meeting, the sides provided information on the main aspects of their activities and intended future cooperation plans. It should be noted that IAAR is one of the leading accreditation agencies in Kazakhstan and a member of international networks, such as: ENQA (European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education), EQAR (The European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education), WFME (World Federation of Medical Education), etc.
