A Memorandum on Cooperation signed between the Center and Georgian Bar Association
On April 30, the Memorandum of Cooperation signed between the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement and the Georgian Bar Association.
The purpose of the Memorandum is to cooperate on the issues of education quality assurance and exchange of experience between the parties. In particular, the Center will involve the Association nominees in the process of developing, analyzing and completing the sectoral specifications of the field of law. The Association will carry out the selection of candidates for the inclusion in the higher education institutions authorization and higher educational programs accreditation experts panels from the employers' quota in compliance with the predetermined qualification requirements, presenting them to the Center and promoting their cooperation with the Center.
The Georgian Bar Association will develop the Quality Certificate - "Approved by the Georgian Bar Association," based on the experience shared from the Center, which will facilitate the acquisition of knowledge and skills required by law program students.
