First mission of Twinning project Estonian experts at NCEQE
Within the framework of the Twinning project Estonian experts from Estonian Quality Agency for Higher and Vocational Education (EKKA) and Ministry of Justice of Estonia implemented the first mission under Component 1 which envisages strengthening quality assurance of education and training in an LLL perspective. During the mission the Estonian colleagues together with NCEQE counterparts analyzed the key subordinate acts and bylaws and endorsed recommendations to align the Georgian legislation with EU policy and legal framework. The Twinning Estonian colleagues also paid visits to educational institutions and observed the educational processes.
The EU-funded Twinning project started in July 2019 and its overall objective is to contribute to human capital development by improving quality assurance, transparency and governance of skills and qualifications in a lifelong learning (LLL) perspective.
The Twinning project is being implemented by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in partnership with the Estonian European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (EKKA).
