Tamar Makharashvili has been appointed as the Director of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement of Georgia
On January 10, 2020 Tamar Makharashvili was appointed as the Director of LEPL National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement by the order of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia.
Tamar Makharashvili holds a master's degree in Oriental Studies and has completed a post-graduate course in Hebrew-Aramaic Philology. Ms. Makharashvili has undertaken professional development courses in Israel, Germany and in other countries of the EU.
Tamar Makharashvili has extensive experience working in managerial positions in governing bodies in Georgia. Since 2014, she has served at different positions at the LEPL National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement of Georgia which included project leadership and the role of the Deputy Director.
