Key functions of the Documentation Division are:
- Carrying out activities related to office documentation proceedings in compliance with the applicable legislation of Georgia and internal regulations of the NCEQE;
- Monitoring of the NCEQE's office documentation proceedings and providing information on the statistical data within the scope of the competence to react to the relevant services;
- Checking and submitting documentation prepared for archive in accordance with the nomenclature of the NCEQE; providing materials stored in the archive and issuing the copies;
- Informing of other structural units and stakeholders of the NCEQE within the competence and organizing and conducting trainings on relevant issues and providing consultations to citizens and applicants as well.
