Appeal Council


In accordance with the a point 2 of the Article 241 of the Law of Georgia on "Education Quality Development", the following were appointed as members of the Appellation Council:



Nodar Papukashvili - Rector of Ltd. "Tbilisi Open Teaching University", Professor - Chairman of the Council;

Zurab Gasitashvili - Deputy Rector in the field of Science of LEPL the Technical University of Georgia, Professor, Deputy Chairman of the Council;

Devi Khvedeliani - A Member of the Management Council of Private Higher Education Association - Council Secretary;

Giorgi Salukvadze - Professor of Faculty of Architecture, Urban Studies and Design of LEPL Georgian Technical University. Secretary of the Academic Council;

Zaza Rukhadze - Vice-President of LLC "Georgian-American Teaching University", Dean of School of Law, Social Sciences and Diplomacy;

Sophiko Lobzhanidze - Head of Education School of the Faculty of Sciences and Arts at LEPL Ilia State University;

Grigol Tatishvili - Director of the Rafiel Agladze Institute of Inorganic Chemistry and Electrochemistry at LEPL Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Dean of the Revaz Doghonadze Faculty of Health, Professor;

Irakli Mchedlishvili - Head of Department of Epidemiology and Bio-statistics at LEPL Tbilisi State Medical University, Dean of the Faculty of Public Health Care, Professor;

Eka Lepsveridze - Professor of Natural Sciences and Engineering Faculty at LEPL Ilia State University;

Tinatin Kaishauri - Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Informatics and Management Systems at LEPL Technical University of Georgia, professor, a correspondent member of NAPR the Engineering Academy of Georgia of the Creative Union of Georgia;

Tamar Baghdavadze - Architect at LLC "Landmark Project"; A lecturer of Art at NAPR Tbilisi Theological Academy and Seminary of Apostolic Autocephalic Orthodox Church of Georgia;
