In 2026, LEPL - National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement has become a member of the Groningen Declaration Network (GDN) as a signatory member.

GDN aims to create a digital database of student data, ensuring seamless student mobility worldwide. The network’s support for the digital transformation and development of administrative processes, enables citizens to share their academic achievements and educational data across different countries. 

Membership in this network will support the digitalization of services, simplify administrative procedures in education, including the recognition of diplomas and qualifications and strengthen the integration of Georgia’s education system into the international academic space. At the same time, the NCEQE has an opportunity to share the best practices and experience, participate in the international conferences and working meetings, introduce initiatives that reflect the country’s interests and address national needs.
