Monitoring visit for evaluating fulfilment of recommendations received through authorization process
Monitoring visit to institutions is one of the follow-up activities of authorization process. There are scheduled and unscheduled monitoring. Scheduled monitoring aims to verify and assess compliance of HEI with the authorization standards no later than 2 years after the decision on authorization. The mechanism helps institutions to analyze received recommendations and show progress made, that facilitates the effectiveness of the quality enhancement in higher education system. The unscheduled monitor aims to respond on complaint of interested party if it related to the possible facts of violation of authorization standards. The mechanism helps the institution to identify certain challenged and to effort to meet the minimum standards of quality assurance.
