In Stockholm, Sweden, the Swedish Higher Education Authority (UKA) organized the International Staff Mobility Week, which was attended by representatives of the LEPL - National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement.

The participants discussed key topics such as external quality assurance mechanisms, thematic analysis and knowledge-based approaches, the role of artificial intelligence in education, evidence-based practices and strategic development, joint programs, as well as transnational quality assurance mechanisms.

The speakers placed particular emphasis on three key topics: external evaluation of higher education quality assurance, organizational independence and thematic analyses.

During the staff week, participants also discussed the prospect of signing a memorandum of cooperation between the LEPL - National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement and the Swedish Higher Education Authority (UKA), with a view to further advancing and improving quality assurance mechanisms.

Alongside Georgia, the International Staff Week brought together 15 representatives from quality assurance Agencies of Sweden, France, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Ukraine, Moldova and Slovakia.
