A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement and the Italian National Agency for the Evaluation of Universities and Research (ANVUR)

The National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement and the Italian National Agency for the Evaluation of Universities and Research (ANVUR) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, based on the standards in force within the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). 

The purpose of the memorandum is to promote cooperation between the two agencies through the exchange of information, implementation of joint activities, staff mobility, and the sharing of best practices in the field of quality assurance. The memorandum also provides for the organization of joint conferences, seminars, and research projects.

The National Agency for the Evaluation of Universities and Research (ANVUR) is Italy’s national body responsible for the external evaluation of the quality of teaching and research activities of Italian higher education institutions, as well as their quality assurance systems.

The organization operates within the framework of Standards and Guidelines for the Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) and plays a significant role in maintaining and advancing academic standards in Italian higher education.

The cooperation with ANVUR will enable the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement to expand its international partnerships, including drawing on international experience in the area of higher education quality assurance and research, thereby contributing to alignment with European standards and guidelines.
