The National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement and Pearson Education, the British international organization, signed a cooperation agreement.
The agreement was signed by Lasha Margishvili, Acting Director of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement and Michael Richard Hewett, Head of Pearson's European division.
The agreement envisages the recognition of English-language general educational programmes developed by Pearson Education in Georgia.
Pearson Education ensures access to high-quality general education. The abovementioned organization introduces internationally recognized general educational programmes and student assessment systems, including the Pearson Edexcel iProgress Programme.
The document confirming the qualification issued upon completion of the Pearson Education programme will be equivalent to the certificate of full general education in Georgia.
