Granting the Right to Enroll in a Higher Education Institution Without Passing the Unified National Examinations / Common Master’s Examinations

If a person has already received a decision from the LEPL National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement regarding the recognition of education obtained abroad, they are authorized to submit an application requesting the granting of the right to study without passing the Unified National Examinations / Common Master’s Examinations.
 
Required documents to be submitted:
 
• an application
• a copy of an identity document of the applicant (for foreign citizens – a notarized translation of the passport)
• Notarized power of attorney, if the application is submitted by an authorized representative
• Decision issued by the LEPL National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement on the recognition of education obtained abroad
 (alternatively, indication of the decision number)
• Written consent of the head of the higher educational institution regarding the possibility of accepting a person for a vacant place within the established student quota.

 

A person who obtained the right to study in a Bachelor’s programme without passing the Unified National Examinations / Common Master’s Examinations and now wishes to enroll in a Master’s programme is entitled to submit an application requesting the granting of the right to study without passing the Common Master’s Examinations.


 
Required documents to be submitted:

 


• an application
• a copy of an identity document of the applicant
(for foreign citizens – a notarized translation of the passport)  
• Notarized power of attorney, if the application is submitted by an authorized representative
• Copies of the diploma and diploma supplement confirming the qualification awarded as a result of enrollment without passing the Unified National Examinations.
• An official act issued by the head of the higher education institution confirming that the person was enrolled in the first cycle of higher education without passing the Unified National Examinations
• Written consent of the head of the higher education institution confirming the possibility of admitting the person to a vacant place within the established student quota.
