Research and Analysis

The goal of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (NCEQE) is to introduce a systemic approach to evidence-based decision-making.

 

For this purpose, NCEQE conducts research in the following areas:

· In order to improve the services of NCEQE and create a customer-oriented environment, a study of customer satisfaction with the front desk of NCEQE is conducted through an anonymous suggestion box and an ad-hoc questionnaire placed in the reception area. The anonymous suggestion box is opened once a quarter. The questionnaires taken out of the anonymous suggestion box are processed and the identified recommendations are analyzed, on the basis of which NCEQE tries to enhance the quality of its services; • Occasionally, NCEQE conducts surveys of customer satisfaction with its services. The purpose of the survey is to determine the customer satisfaction level and improve the services;

· NCEQE conducts an annual employee satisfaction and involvement survey. The survey is anonymous and all employees of NCEQE may participate. The purpose of the survey is to determine the employee satisfaction and involvement level, and create a better working environment and conditions on the basis of analyzing the identified needs;

 

· The National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement works on reports that describe and analyze the overall picture obtained as a result of external quality assurance activities. Through thematic analyses, NCEQE reflects on quality assurance policies and processes to improve them at institutional, national and international levels;

 

· Based on the risk assessment analysis, the Internal Audit Department develops an annual plan, within which it conducts audits and monitoring. In view of the findings and risks as a result of the audit, the Internal Audit Department develops and provides recommendations that help to improve the internal processes of NCEQE.
