The goal of integration is to provide the persons who attained basic general education, with full general education, simultaneously with learning the profession and to grant the qualification relevant to the 4th level of National Qualification Framework. The process is completed by giving away the diploma equal to the general education document.
Integration implies reflecting the requirements of secondary stage of National Curriculum in such components of program, that are oriented on generating and developing crucial competencies and/or transfer skills. Considering the above mentioned by uniting the general modules of vocational educational standards and the group of mandatory subjects of National Curriculum the following integrated modules were elaborated and confirmed:  
•    Communication in Georgian
•    Mathematic literacy
•    Citizenship
•    Entrepreneurship
•    Science and Technologies
The duration of the program in which the learning outcomes of secondary stage of general education are integrated, is no less than 3 years. 
The prerequisite for admitting on the program in which the learning outcomes of secondary stage of general education are integrated, is possessing the document confirming the basic general education. 
In case of the willingness to acquire the right to implement the secondary vocational education program in which the learning outcomes of secondary stage of general education are integrated, the institution alongside with the program should provide two learning schedules, from which one would ensure implementing the vocational educational program considering the integrated general modules and the second schedule – without them.
In case if the institution that implements secondary vocational educational program is willing to implement the mentioned program considering the integrated general modules, should apply EQE with the application form, that is confirmed by the individual administrative-legal act of CENTER’s director and is issued publicly. Herewith the institution should deliver to the CENTER the document confirming the payment of relevant fee.
The institution that is willing to acquire the right to integrate the learning outcomes of secondary stage of general education, pays the fee for each vocational educational program the amount of which consists:
a)    For General Educational Institution - 2,502.00 GEL without business trip, in case of necessity of business trip - 4,054.00 GEL;
b)    For Vocational Educational Institution - 2,229.00 GEL without business trip, in case of necessity of business trip - 3,272.00 GEL;
c)    For High Educational Institution - 2,570.00 GEL without business trip, in case of necessity of business trip - 4,122.00 GEL.
