National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement is an advanced public institution in Georgia in terms of proactive disclosure of public information

Transparency is one of the most important principles of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement.

 

Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) has published a report on the practice of proactive disclosure of public information in Georgian public services.

 

The report presents an assessment of proactive access to public information in Georgia as of September 2021 and provides trends in proactive access to information compared to the previous years. The report also includes proactive transparency ratings of public institutions.

 

In 2021, the following six public institutions had fully 100% published information in compliance with the requirements of the relevant legal act: LEPL National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement, the Parliament of Georgia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Statistics Office of Georgia, the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara and the Financial-Analytical Service.

 

The information proactively published on the website of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement fully meets the requirements set by the Orders of the Government of Georgia.
