The center hosted the conference within the framework of the grant agreement signed with the Estonian International Development Agency (ESTDEV)

Within the framework of the grant agreement signed between the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement and the Estonian International Development Agency (ESTDEV), a conference was held on the topic: Quality Assurance in General Education in Georgia.

The conference participants were welcomed by Tamar Makharashvili, the director of the National Center for Educational Enhancement, and Riina Kalurand, the Estonian Ambassador to Georgia.

At the conference, the measures and outcomes achieved within the project were discussed, including topics such as internal quality guide projects, the role of authorization in the development of education quality, current trends in the direction of authorization and the main challenges in the authorization process in the country. Among them, the Estonian model in the direction of general education - challenges and successful examples.

The head of the General Education Department of the Estonian Quality Service (HAKA), representatives of the Estonian International Development Agency, the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement and the National Center for Teacher Professional Development, members of the General Education Authorization Council, school principals, heads of Tbilisi resource centers participated in the conference. and experts selected in the field of general education.
