Edisher Chubinidze graduated with honors from Zestafoni Public School No. 1. He also graduated with honors from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of International Law and International Relations, majoring in International Law. He was awarded the qualification of Lawyer and an academic degree equivalent to a Master’s degree.
Edisher Chubinidze was a member of the “Legal Clinic” of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and of the Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association.
Edisher Chubinidze also successfully passed the qualification examination for employees of the Prosecutor’s Office organized by the High Council of Justice of Georgia.
Edisher Chubinidze has professional experience in the following positions: Head of the Legal Service at Samshoblo Publishing House LLC; Senior Specialist at the Counterintelligence Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia; Head of the Human Resources Department of the Kvemo Kartli Branch of the United Distribution Energy Company of Georgia and JSC “Energo-Pro Georgia”; General Director of IB Group LLC; Head of the Economic Department at the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (LEPL); Head of the Legal Department; and Head of the Procurement and Logistics Department.
Edisher Chubinidze has completed the following training courses:

Edisher Chubinidze is also the author of several academic publications in the periodical journal “Almanac” published by the Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association.
