Sophio Mgaloblishvili graduated from the Faculty of Western European Languages and Literatures at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, where she was awarded a Bachelor's degree in Philology with a specialization in English Studies. She also graduated from the School of Economics, Business, and Management at the University of Georgia, where she was awarded a Master's degree in Local Self-Government.

Sophio Mgaloblishvili has work experience in various sectors of education:

•    2012-2018 - worked at the LEPL - National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement as a Coordinator in the Human Resources Department;
•    2018-2019 - Assistant to the Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia;
•    2019-2021 - at Tbilisi Humanitarian Teaching University, as Head of Human Resources Management Service and in 2021 - as Manager of Public Relations Service;
•    2022 - at LEPL - National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement as a Specialist in Human Resources Management and Office Administration Service.

Sophio Mgaloblishvili successfully completed and passed the Labor Safety Specialist certification course at Caucasus University Training Center and the examination conducted by LLC "Training Space".

Sophio Mgaloblishvili has held the position of Labor Safety Specialist at the Center since 2023.
