In case of changing the name of vocational education program, implementation form or adding/removing learning outcomes and/or changing the location of reaching the learning outcomes, the Vocational Education Institution is obliged to inform Center regarding the conducted changes within 30 calendar days from publishing the legislative act and present the relevant argumentation and evidences.

In case of change of vocational education standard, Vocational Education Institution is responsible for securing the relevance of vocational education program with changed vocational education standard and is responsible for notifying the CENTER on the matter in no less than 60 calendar days before announcing the acceptance of vocational students on the corresponding vocational education program. In case if Vocational Education Institution decides to implement the existed vocational education program (for already registered vocational students) alongside with changed vocational education program, the Vocational Education Institution is obliged to inform Center on the matter within 30 calendar days from publishing the corresponding legislative act. In case of making changes as described above, the CENTER is entitled to monitor compliance with authorization conditions.

Violation of the above mentioned obligations may become the basis for refusing or abolishment of authorization.
