An authorization expert of the general education institutions cannot be an employee of the Center, except for the cases when he/she is employed at the Center for the period of less than 3 months within a calendar year in order to complete a certain amount of workload.

Expert pool for the authorization of general education institutions consists of general education quality assurance experts and general education quality assurance subject experts.

The rules of general education institutions authorization experts selection, activities, and termination of their membership from the expert pool is approved by the individual administrative-legal act of the Director of the Center.
