Mission on HR issues through teleworking

8 May 2020

In the framework of the Twinning project Twinning experts from German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and Foundation Archimedes of Estonia held a mission remotely on HR trends and challenges. The Twinning experts shared Estonian and German key HR practices and processes proactively to manage the HR functions of the organization in line with EU values. The Twinning experts together with NCEQE counterparts brainstormed to develop a concept of staff appraisal system and professional development as a part of the NCEQE internal communication and organizational culture improvement and development.

The EU-funded Twinning project started in July 2019 and its overall objective is to contribute to human capital development by improving quality assurance, transparency and governance of skills and qualifications in a lifelong learning (LLL) perspective.

The Twinning project is implemented by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in partnership with the Estonian Quality Agency for Higher and Vocational Education (EKKA).
