Cay Etzold, Resident Twinning Advisor of the EU-funded Twinning project, planted a tree in the yard of the Center as a symbol of 2- year-cooperation and friendship with the National Center for Educational Quality Enchanchment.
The EU-funded Twinning project started in July 2019 and has been implemented by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in partnership with the Estonian Quality Agency for Higher and Vocational Education (EKKA).
Twinning is a European Union instrument for institutional cooperation between Public Administrations of EU Member States and of beneficiary or partner countries. Twinning projects bring together public sector expertise from EU Member States and beneficiary countries with the aim of achieving concrete mandatory operational results through peer-to-peer activities.
