The meeting of the acting Coordination Council and the management of the Center was held for the first time under the organization of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement.
Both local and international members of the Council attended the summary meeting.
Within the framework of the workshop, a brief report on the activities of 2023 was discussed. Participants discussed the mid-term evaluation of the Center's strategy for 2021-2025 and the recommendations, best practices and proposals for further development presented by the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA). In addition, the current activities, vision of the Center's development and future plans were discussed.
The members of the Coordination Council spoke about the role of the council in the activities of the Center and briefly reviewed the issues presented and agreed upon within the framework of the current council. In addition, opinions, visions and recommendations were shared with the management of the Center on each discussed issue. Foreign members shared their country's experiences in terms of both organizational development and quality assurance of education.
It is worth noting that the participants of the meeting also discussed the mechanism of selecting members of the next Coordination Council.
As a result of the meeting, opportunities for further development of the Center were identified and best practices were discussed. The Center plans to use the feedback, recommendations and development opportunities received at the summary meeting of the Coordination Council and the management for better management of the current processes, for the development of the 2025 action plan and the 2026-2030 strategy, which will be aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Center's activities, bringing education closer to the European framework and advancing the quality of education.
